      Navigate to Synbiotix

      Enter your username and password and click "Login"

      Select menuPick

      Click "Administration"

      Search for the item

      The system will display exact matches to your search when using multiple words. For example, a search for 'Egg Sandwich' will not bring up 'Egg & Cress Sandwich'. To see all results, use a more generic search, e.g.: 'Egg'

      Click "Go" to search

      Click "Suppliers"

      Click "Add New"

      Add a Finance Item

      You can connect an item in Synbiotix to a finance item if we have an integration with the supplier. This means that any updates to the supplier's database, such as price changes, will pull through to Synbiotix without you needing to manually change every item. We have this integration with PECOS in Scotland, and Bidfood

      Type the ingredient name or code to search, then click on the correct item to select it
