Add Swimmers To Team's Roster

Navigate to [https://www.swimcloud.com/](https://www.swimcloud.com/)

Click "LOGIN"

Enter your email and password

Click "Roster" in the left menu bar
Tip! Swimmers are automatically created and added to your roster from swim meet results. The easiest way to create your roster on Swimcloud is submit swim result files to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Click "ADD SWIMMERS"
Alert! Use the search items on the right side of the screen to navigate your existing roster
Add a new swimmer to your roster

Click "Add swimmer manually"

Enter your swimmer's full name

Click "Add new swimmer"

Click the "Email" field.
Tip! If you know your swimmer's email address, its recommended to enter it. This way the swimmer can join Swimcloud and manage their own profile on Swimcloud

Click "Create"

Click "OK"
Add a swimmer with an existing Swimcloud profile to your roster
Some of the swimmers on your roster may already have a "claimed" Swimcloud profile. This is more than likely because they were part of another team and had results submitted previously.
Swimmers with a claimed profile have the ability to add themselves to your team's roster.
