From the **Settings** tab, start with inviting Site Managers.

⚠️ Note: Site Managers will have full access and management of the projects they are assigned to.

Enter their email address and click **Add Site Manager**

Site Wardens can be invited/added when the Site Manager is not going to be on site.

The only function they are given is to **Evacuate the site.**

Access can be disabled when it's no longer required.

⚠️ Note: Site Managers and Site Wardens must be different people, or access will be restricted to the lowest level (Site Warden in this case).

Grant restricted access to your contracting companies with the **Subcontractor Supervisor** user level.

Invite your Site Managers, Site Wardens and Subcontractor Supervisors to the project.
