Navigate to your course in [Canvas](https://smccd.instructure.com/).

From the left side course navigation menu, select the "People" hyperlink.

On the upper right-side of the People page, select the "+ People" button.

Enter the email addresses of the users you would like to add. If you are adding multiple users, separate the email addresses by commas or line breaks.

Select the appropriate Role from the drop down menu.

Canvas will automatically send an email to the added users to invite them to the course. If the course is unpublished, the email will not automatically send.
