Locate an existing Media collection and select it.

Click "ADD A GALLERY".

Provide a gallery name and adjust any other settings as desired.

The "contributable" option can be enabled to allow students to add their own media to the gallery.
Students can only edit and change media they have uploaded.

Click "Save changes" to confirm and create a gallery.

Click "ADD FILE(S)" to add media items to the gallery.

Adjust the copyright settings in necessary and click "Select your file". Select the files from the file explorer.

Click "Save" to upload files to the gallery.

Confirm if all files have been correctly updated.
