Add a New Stock Item & Supplier Information
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a new item to the Synbiotix Stock Management system. It covers adding the item name, marking its availability, selecting warehouses, adding supplier information, changing preferred suppliers, and adding purchase packs.

Navigate to Synbiotix

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Stock Management

Click "Items"
Add New Item

Click "Add New Item"

Enter the item name

Use the toggle to mark whether the item is "Active" or not. Inactive items won't be available to order from warehouses

Select the required warehouses, or click "Check All"

Click "Add Item"
Add Supplier Information to an Item

To search for an item, enter the item name and click "Go"

Click "Suppliers"

Click "Add New"

Select the supplier

Select the Purchase Pack
