Navigate to your "ADMIN" dashboard via the link in the top menu
Click "Posts," OR from the left sidebar, click "Portfolio Post > Add New"
In the top right-hand corner, click "Add New"
Enter the post title, and then click into the body to begin editing the post content.
To add a block (for files, images, embedded HTML and more), click on the "+" icon on the right-hand side of a line in the editor
Select whatever type of content you'd like to add. For example, I'll add an image.
For another example, I'll add a PDF file.
To add tags and additional settings, click the gear icon next to "Publish" in the right-hand corner.
      Click "Portfolio Post"
Click "Set featured image" and upload a thumbnail image that displays on previews of the post in lists and search results. Images with a square aspect ratio display best
In the same right-hand sidebar, select "Functional Categories" to add tags to the post or "Custom Categories" (this may be named differently on your portal) to add relevant tags. This will help users find this post.
      Click "Excerpt"
Write an excerpt (optional) under the "Excerpt" toggle. This is a 1-3 sentence description of what this post is about. Excerpts show up in post lists and search results.
If you want to limit access to the post (to users with certain roles or permissions), click "Users must be logged in to view this portfolio post" and add the required tags.
      Click "Publish"

Want to make guides like this in seconds? Yes, it's really that fast.
