      Select Helpdesk

      Select the required hospital from the drop-down box

      Click "Regular Job" and then click "Next"

      Add a Standalone Job

      A standalone job is one that does not sit within a parent category. \ \ In this example, "Return Blood to Bank" is a standalone job, whereas "Sample" is a parent category which contains sub-type jobs

      Click "Standalone" and then click "Next"
      Click "Standalone" and then click "Next"

      Select the job category

      Select the job priority

      Enter the job description

      Enter the estimated task duration and continue to Step 20

      Add a Sub-Type Job

      A sub-type job is a job that sits within a parent container. \ \ In this example, "Sample" is the parent category and the sub-type jobs are "Infusion Sample Collection", "Scheduled" and "Urgent"
