Login to [VU Collaborate](https://vucollaborate.vu.edu.au), and navigate to a unit space.

In your VU Collaborate space from the navbar, select **Assessments**, then **Dropbox**.

Expand the **Evaluation & Feedback** section on the right.

Select **Add rubric**, then **Add Existing**.

**Tick** to select, then click **Add Selected** to attach the rubric to the Dropbox.

If you don’t see your rubric listed, it may be in **Draft or Archived** status. \
To set it to **Published**: 

- go to **Assessments**, then **Rubrics** 
- from the Rubric menu, select **Set Status**, then **Published**.

If more than one rubric is listed, only one will send grades to the gradebook.\
To remove a rubric, select the **Delete Rubric icon**.

To view your rubric, as you will when grading, click to **Expand**.\
When ready, click **Save and Close**, to save your changes.

Once the rubric has been saved, students can click **Show Rubrics** to view it in their Dropbox.

If the rubric has been linked to a group assignment dropbox, students need to first be **enrolled into a group** to access the dropbox and view the rubric.
