Ensure "Edit Mode" is turned on.

Open the block drawer on the right.

Click "Add a block".

Select the "Sharing Cart" option.

The Sharing Cart will appear in the block drawer at first. This is easily movable (drag and drop) using the 4-directional arrow to the location you require.
