    Add a Vehicle to a Long-Term Department, Contractor, or Vendor Permit

      Click "Bulk Permits"

      Navigate to the department permit you want to manage, and enter the vehicle plate number into the 'Plate #' field. Note: Only one vehicle should be linked to each permit at any time to avoid citation

      Select the vehicle plate state in the 'State' dropdown.

      Select the vehicle make from the 'Make' dropdown.

      Click "Save"

      The vehicle has been added to the permit. Note: 'Remove' and 'Replace' options appear as Pending when the vehicle is first added.

      Eventually the 'Remove' and 'Replace buttons will appear for that vehicle. Vehicles added to department permits remain linked until you remove the vehicle or the permit expires.
