      Navigate to https://your_imagen_domain/
Log in with an account that has access to the record you wish to make available to a new group
Enter criteria to "Search" for your record
Click on the record that you wish to edit
The record details will display and the Image will enlarge when using the 'flexible image grid'
      Click "Edit record"
Click the "Privacy" button at the top of the record information
Click the "Enter email address or group…" field, and start typing the user or group name for which you wish to update access permissions In this example, we are going to add permissions for the "Downloaders" group
Click the dropdown under the group or username to be altered
The "Downloaders" group can be granted permission to View or Edit the record. We only want to grant access so the downloaders groups "Can view' the record.
Click the "Media" tab to edit the media object
Click the ACL tab under "Privacy"
In the example above, only one piece of media has been attached to this record. The ACL will need to be updated for each required piece of media separately. This will be useful if a record contains, for example, a watermarked trailer available for one group of users, and a high-resolution file for another.
Click the "Enter email address or group…" field, and start typing the user or group name for which you wish to update access permissions In this example, we are going to add permissions for the "Downloaders" group
      Click this dropdown.
The access permissions available for media are: Can preview Can view Can view & download Can view, edit & download
Select the desired access level from the dropdown. In this example, we will set permissions so that the downloaders group "Can view and download" this media object
Click "Close" and then "Save" to update the record ACL
