    Add a new project in Freshbooks

    Select the new client you just added.

    Click "Project"

    Click the "Enter a project name" field. The naming convention is the "abbreviated version of the client name: project name".

    In this example, the clients company name is Teric Technology, so we abbreviate this "TT". The project from the proposal sent to the client is to create a task management system.

    Click "Add a Service"

    Now, you will select all the possible services needed for this project. These will be selected when tracking time by contractors and sending the client a recap of hours usage. If you're not sure what to add, you can ask Chloe, but it's pretty intuitive. It's okay if you add something that doesn't get used. So, if you're on the fence, go ahead and add the service.

    For this project, which is a task management system, I've added all of the services below.

    Click the + button to add team members that will work on this project.

    Click the team member you need to add. If you're not sure about this, ask Chloe.

    Click "Update Team Members"
