Click "Add tag" on your resource post.
Add the tag "internal_link:" plus the slug of the internal page you want your post to link to, e.g."internal_link:my_internal_resource"
Click "Save"
With this tag in place The 'Find out more' link as it appears in the resource grid will open the internal web page with the specified slug instead of clicking through to a resource post page.
