Menus without active (forward) schedules will not appear by default. Change the Status filter to "Inactive" or "All" to view menus without schedules

Menus without active (forward) schedules have an orange exclamation mark on the calendar button

A Standard schedule repeats daily between the selected dates for the selected menu type (serving)

Select the Menu Type (serving). \
