Job priorities are used within the Helpdesk to assign importance to each task.\ \ Priorities are especially important if you are using resource auto-allocation, as higher priority jobs will be pushed up the job queue.
      Navigate to Synbiotix
Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select Helpdesk
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Job Priorities"
Select the required hospital from the drop-down box

      Add a Job Priority

      Click "Add New"
Select the priority colour code. This colour will appear alongside the job priority on the Operations Console
      Enter the priority description
Select the category (service) the priority can be used for. If you leave this field\ blank, it will be available to all
Enter the overdue warning time in minutes. In this example, an overdue warning will show on the dashboard for all Emergency jobs after 2 minutes
Enter the response time. This number is used in KPI reports. \ \ In this example, all "Emergency" jobs should be responded to within 2 minutes. Any jobs responded to in more than 2 minutes will fall outside the KPI window and will be considered a non-compliance
To have the resource allocation box appear automatically after any jobs with this priority are created, set the "Assign Resource on Task Creation" toggle to "YES." If this is set to "NO," you will need to assign a resource via the Operations Console homepage
This setting is only relevant to sites using manual resource allocation. If your site uses auto-allocation, keep this option set to "NO"
      Click "Save"

      Edit a Job Priority

      Click the "edit" button
Make any changes as required and click "Save"
