    Add contacts to your Client Roster, Add a Client to a Showing or Itinerary, and Manage Client Activity (new UI)

      Access your Client Roster by clicking on "Clients".

      Add a Client to Your Client Roster

      From the 'Clients' page, Click "ADD CLIENT".
      Enter your client's name and contact information and click "Create Profile".
      A SUCCESS! message will appear confirming the client has been added to your Client Roster.

      Add A Client to a Showing Appointment

      Navigate to the Schedule page and click "Schedule a Showing".
      1. Search for the listing and select the listing address from the dropdown box. 2. Specify the date, time, and duration of the appointment request. 3. Add the client by clicking "Add Client." Search for your client's name in your client roster and select them from the dropdown box. You can also add a client from this section. 4. Choose the client's name and click "Add" to include the client's information in the appointment details.
      Click "Schedule Now" to send the appointment request to the Listing Agent.

      Add a Client to an Itinerary

      From the "Schedule" page, click "Build Itinerary".
      First, choose the date, starting location, and starting time. Then select your client from the Client Roster.
      Click "Start Building" to start building the itinerary.
      Begin by searching for a listing in the 'Search Listing Address' field and then selecting the desired listing from the dropdown box
      Enter in all information required for scheulding a showing appointment.
      After an appointment has been added to an itinerary, another appointment box will populate. To add another listing to the itinerary, simply follow the previous steps to create another appointment request. Be sure to click "Add to Itinerary" once all the information has been added.
      When you've added all the listings to the itinerary, click "Request Appointments" to send the appointement requests to the Listing Agents.
      You'll receive a Success message. Click "Done".
