Navigate to [https://service.ringcentral.com/application/adminHome](https://service.ringcentral.com/application/adminHome)

Click "Users"

Click here.

For paid license's, choose the top option. For unlicensed free users, choose the bottom option.

Click the "Email" field.

Copy and paste the new user information into the relevant fields.

Input the customer's desired extension number, or follow their current format.

Click "Avaya Cloud Phone Desktop App" if you want to assign a desk-phone later.

Choose a number from their inventory or choose the number Avaya gives you by default. Click Next

Choose your setup option and assign a role.

Click "Edit Role"

Click "Standard (International)"

Click "Save"
