Choose the phase of the pipeline you wish to edit

Click "Stages & Checklists"

Click "Add Stage", then name the stage, choose the probability for that stage to convert to closed business, choose the stage position, and add any checklist items.

You can use the buttons on the left of each stage to click and drag to rearrange the stages

Click "X/X items" in order to adjust the checklist items for a stage

Here you can add checklist items. You'll need to name them, and then you can choose the task type, add a description, include a hyperlink, select client updates for the task, and select the task priority.

Client updates will send an email to the contact with info anytime a client update selected task is completed. You can click the gear icon next to the client updates header to adjust the settings for this.

Here you can adjust the time at which the updates are sent, who the updates are sent from, and to whom the updates are sent. You can also see a preview of the email the client will receive.
