Select each page layout that is to be used with this mail piece and complete the following steps

Click and drag "Direct Mail Offer Amount" and "Opt-out URL" onto the page layout

Click and drag "Direct Mail Last Offer Made" field onto the page layout near the standard "Last Offer Made" field. **Note that the separate "Direct Mail Last Offer Made" field is necessary, as the Direct Mail package and Left Main core packages are kept separate.**

Click and drag the "Opt-out URL" field onto the page layout
