Adding Devices to User Accounts

Adding a device to a user's account allows them to receive SMS text messages and emails containing dispatch details and messages sent via Chief360 Messaging. Please note that devices are not linked to Mobile App notifications.
Navigate to [https://backstage.chief360.com/](https://backstage.chief360.com/)
Click "Personnel"
Select a users name
Click "Devices"
Click "Add Device"
Select Email OR the Phone Carrier for the device being added
Add the Phone Number or Email
Toggle on the "Channels" the user would like to receive content
Set "Ignore Manual" settings
Click "Add Device"
