    Adding Holiday, Sick, and PTO rates to a candidate

    Log onto Avionte Front Office.

    Click the "Type to search" field and search for the candidate you are looking for.

    Click their profile.

    Go to "Placements".

    Click the job that is assigned to the candidate.

    Scroll down on the job profile to the "Hired Details" section, and click the edit icon.

    Turn "Additional Transactions" on.

    Scroll down, click this dropdown and select the transaction type. Next, under pay & bill term, select whether SourceNow will be billing the client for this or not. Add the correct pay rate and bill rate.

    Click the green button to add more than one transaction type, and change the "Input Type" from "Hours" to "Units".

    Click "Save".

    During Placement...

    As soon as the candidate is placed, a pop up message will show asking if you'd like to go to the job or the talent, click on "Go to ____ Job"

    Scroll down on the job profile to the "Hired Details" section, and click the edit icon.

    Turn "Additional Transactions" on.

    Scroll down, click this dropdown and select the transaction type.

    Click the green button to add more than one transaction type, and change the "Input Type" from "Hours" to "Units".

    Next, under "Pay & Bill term", select whether SourceNow will be billing the client for this or not. Add the correct pay rate and bill rate.
