    Click on the three-line symbol.

    Click "Time".

    Click "Employee Summary".

    Click on the three-circle triangle symbol.

    Click "All Home"

    Click on the calendar icon.

    Select the pay period you wish to work in.

    Double click the employee of your choice.

    On the day you wish to apply PTO, click on the pay code column.

    Click on the drop down and select either: Ally Hours, New Accrued Scheduled, or New Accrued Unscheduled.

    Click on the amount column once your pay code is selected.

    Click either Full Sched Day, Half Sched Day, or enter 0.0 if no time is available.
