    Click "Tools"

    Click "Content Collection"

    Search for your course, if you have a large list of courses or navigate to the course that you want.

    Click on your course folder

    Click Upload

    Then click "Upload Files"

    Click the "Browser Local Files" button.

    Navigate to the files on your computer and click OK. Then when you're back in Blackboard, click submit in the bottom right corner.

    Click the arrow beside your file.

    Copy the Permanent URL

    If you have multiple tables, open a blank Word document and copy then paste each Permanent URL into the Word document. It will save you time when you are adding the links in Step 17.

    Click the green X on the left and Navigate back to your course.

    Once in your Course, navigate to your quiz or test.

    Either create your question or edit your existing question by clicking on the ellipsis on the right.

    Type the name of the table that you want to link, then highlight that name.
