Click "LOTOs" to go to the Lockout/Tagout Procedures list page.

Click "Add Lockout / Tagout" to create a new LOTO Procedure.

Enter the name of the procedure in the Name field. Optionally, enter additional information in the fields below. You can edit them at any time. Only the Name field is required at this point.

Scroll to the bottom of the tab and click "Save"

Click "Lockout Steps" to enter the Lockout Steps.

Read this notice. It is warning you that inserting the compliance steps will delete any steps you have already created or edited on the Lockout Steps and Remove LOTO Steps tabs. Clicking the "I understand - Proceed" button will erase all of the existing steps and add the template compliance steps.

Insert template steps to assist in compliance with OSHA 1910.147. Go to https://smartsop.kb.help/ for more information.

WARNING! Choosing this option will delete any Lockout Steps and Remove LOTO Steps you have entered.

Click "I understand - Proceed!" if you want to erase all existing steps and add the compliance steps.

You will then see the template compliance steps have been added to the procedure on the Lockout Steps tab ...

Scroll to the bottom and click "Save" to save your Lockout/Tagout procedure.
