Select the Moodle Assignment Activity that has Team Evaluation enabled.
Under "Team evaluation", click "Add Question" on the right hand side.
From the dropdown menu, select which question type you wish to add. You can have a variety of question types but you must include at least one "Likert" or "Split 100" question to allow Team Evaluation to modify a student's grade.
Click "Comment" to add a text field for students to answer a feedback prompt. Unless you also add a numeric question, Team Evaluation will not scale results from questionnaires only including comments.
Complete the question "Title" and "Description" fields. The description field is where the question or feedback prompt would be written for students to answer.
You can select this question to be "Anonymous" and/or "Optional" by ticking the boxes.
Click "Save" when you are done with this question to save it.
Click "Add Question" to add another question to the Team Evaluation.
Click "Likert" to select this question type. Each question is answered on a 1-5 category scale (score) by default. You can increase or decrease the number of scores available when setting up this type of question. For each score on the scale you have to provide a brief description to assist students in assessing each other's contribution.
Complete the question "Title" and "Description" fields.
Increase or decrease the score range by clicking the arrows.
Fill in the meanings for each score.
Click "Save" to save the question.
The question will now be displayed as a preview of how students will see the question.
Click "Add Question" to add another question to the Team Evaluation.
Click "Split 100" to select this question type. Each question is answered by using the proportion sliders to represent each group member's contribution, to a combined group total of 100%.
Complete the question "Title" and "Description" fields.
Click "Save" to save the question.
The question will now be displayed. The proportion (%) slider displayed is a preview of how students will see and use the question.
This is how the completed 3 questions will look like for students.
