Let's say I want to add content into this section, maybe underneath the current button, "Request Duplicate Certificate".
    Click "Edit"
I'm going to add a line of text underneath the button, titled "Another button".
Highlighting the line that I want to be the button text, click the link icon.
In the link URL field, I am adding the URL. For example, I am adding <https://google.com>.
    Click "Save"
You can always edit by re-highlighting and clicking the pencil icon in the following prompt.
I am going to enter a "Title" field. This is good ADA practice, because it gives a description to screen readers. I am adding the name of the link, so "Google", and saving.
With the link highlighted, Click "Styles" in the toolbar.
Scroll down, and there are options for button styling. You can choose various button colors, and button outline colors. For example, I will choose standard red button.
Enter a revision log message and Save page edit.
Here is the button displayed on front end.
