    Navigate to [https://cp.appriver.com/PP/Default.aspx](https://cp.appriver.com/PP/Default.aspx)

    Click "Customers"

    Click "ADD CUSTOMER"

    Type the new customer's name (Informations source is from Autotask)

    Fill in the fields (except Website & External Customer Account Number).

    Fill the field: Country first and then the rest.

    Click "ADD CUSTOMER"

    Setup GDAP, by clicking Schedule/Schedule Actions on Customer's section.

    Need to Setup GDAP in order to be available to provision subscriptions. Go to Schedule Actions > Permissions Setup

    Tenant ID: from CIPP (source Service Desk) Setup Contact: [email protected] Click Send and inform Service Desk

    GDAP has already been accepted. And ready to provision licenses.
