    Click "Contacts"

    Click "New Company"

    Tip! Anything with red text is mandatory to create the new company.

    Click "Company Name" field and add in the new company name.

    Enter the company name.

    If the company already exist it will appear here.

    Click the "Select and Industry" dropdown. This is a list of prepopulated industries to make it easier for you to find the industry type for this company.

    Alert! If you choose Subcontractor/Supplier BuildFlow provides you with all active CSI Codes. You can add multiple CSI Codes to a company.

    Click the "CSI Codes" which apply to the new company.

    Adding Search Tags will help you navigate and search for this new company when you need them.

    Click this dropdown to give the company's default permission for a project document access when a new user is added to the company. It can be modified for the user as needed.

    Click this dropdown to give the default permission media type for documents when placing orders.

    Enter the user name.

    Add the user to specific department(s).
