Click "Back to Menu"

Click "Customer Users"

Click this "add" icon

Click the Organization that this user will have access to.

Click the dropdown for the level of access/authority you want to give this user. These authorities will define the level of permission granted to this user.

Fill out the required fields (First Name, Last Name and Email). Other fields are optional. Then click the NEXT button. This user will receive an email shortly to login to their account.
