Adding a New Person in Chief360 Portal

Alert! This process is only for NEW users to Chief360. If a user already has an account with another agency, DO NOT create a duplicate account. Instead, provide them with your Agency Keyword so they can request access to your agency through the Portal or Mobile app.
Navigate to [https://backstage.chief360.com/](https://backstage.chief360.com/)
Click "Personnel"
Click "Add Person"
Complete the form and then select yes to create a login for the Chief360 Portal/Chief Mobile. Do not click yes if this person should not have access to the portal/mobile app.
Select the new persons role
Click Add Person
Tip! Please remind new users to follow the steps outlined in the welcome email they received. They will not have access until they create their username and password.
