How to Add a New Person to a Committee Tab

You must obtain consent from the Committee Member **before** uploading their headshot. Contact your ComSoc conference planner for the Photo Consent form.

Navigate to **https://conferenceYYYY-ieee-conference.org/committees**

Click "Edit"

Click the "Edit" button next to the "Tabs (minisite)" paragraph.

Click the "Edit" button next to the Committee tab you want to edit.

Scroll to the bottom of the Committee tab and click on the down arrow to expand the paragraph options.

Click on the "Add Person (minisite)" button to add a new committee member.

Click the "Name" field.

Type "Full Name" of the committee member.

Click the "Organization" field.

Type the "Affiliation, Country" of the committee member.

Click the "Role" field.

Type "Committee Position" of the committee member (e.g., TPC Co-Chair).

Click the "Add a new file" field.

Click the "Add a new file" field and choose the headshot photo of the committee member.

Click "Save"
