Click "Settings"
Click "User Management"
Click "ADD USER"
Click "Edit" to add photo
Click "Admin" if they are an ADMIN user only
Click "Active" ensuring toggle is BLUE
Click "Active" again to GREY toggle making the user INACTIVE
Click the "First Name *" field.
Click the "Last Name *" field.
Click the "Position *" field.
Click the "User email" field.
Click the "Phone *" field.
Click the "City" field.
Click 'Country'.
Click "Default Project Role"
Click "Add New" for Accreditations
Click 'Select Skill Type'
Click the "Enter Description" field.
Click "Browse", to add files, etc..
The user will recieve an email with a Create Password link immediately upon creating this user"
