Within the Chat or Channel click on the ➕

Select "Power BI" from the available apps

If this doesn't appear in the suggested apps, then you can search along the top of this pop up

Click on the environment the report is in. In this instance, we'll pick "Account on a Page"

Chose whether you'd like this to be announced to the chat/channel
