Navigate to [https://cp.appriver.com/PP/Default.aspx](https://cp.appriver.com/PP/Default.aspx)

Click "Customers"

Click GUEST ADMIN on Client's name

Click "ADD USER"

Fill in the user's information: Email Address, First Name and Last Name

Uncheck "Send Welcome Email"

Check the "Office 365" field.

Click "ADD USER"

Search user's name

Click user's name

Click the circle.

Click the "requested license" field.

Click "SAVE CHANGES"

Search the user.

Check the license has assigned.

The process completed if the circle is fully green.
