    Adding a comment when resolving an item

    Navigate to the Exception Management or Feedback Management list.
    Click on the status of the item you want to update.
    If you select "Action Completed," you will be prompted to enter a comment.
    Enter a comment and click "Confirm" to save your comment. It will show as a Resolved Comment on the Comment fly out.
