Adding a new roster profile and creating their username/password

    The Primary Contact or Editor for VPPPA membership should login into the VPPPA Member Portal.

    Click "Switch Profile" to your company profile

    Click "Add a profile"

    Enter the contact information of the new person being added to the company roster. Their email will be their default username.

    Click "Employee"

    Click the "Individual Profile" field.

    Save Profile. Let the individual know their profile has been created and ask them to login.

    Click "Login"

    Click "Forgot your password?"

    Enter your email associated with your organization's member account.

    Click Request Password Reset Email.

    Login to your account. Your username is your email.
