Adding incentive / penalty chart - procurement

Sign in with your mail ID and password

Click "Procurement"

Click "Chilling Center 1"

Click "OK"

Click "Settings"

Click "Charts"

Click "Incentive / Penalty Chart"

Click "Add New"

Type the incentive or penalty chart name .

Select the rate type of the incentive or penalty chart .

Select the milk type for which the chart want to be applied.

Select the shift type of when the chart want to be applied.

If you need to add star rating you can add minimum and maximum star rating.

Select the start date for the incentive and penalty and click "Add"

after adding incentive / penalty chart details . Click "Incentive / Penalty Chart Range"

Click "Add New"

Give the minimum and maximum fat range applicable for the incentive / penality chart

if you want to have first slab as minimum rate , Click the "Yes" field.

enter the rate for minimum rate . You can also float or freeze TS for minimum rate .

Enter Minimum and Maximum SNF range for the incentive / penalty chart

If you want to set the last slab as maximum rate for the rate chart . Click the "Yes" field.

Give the rate for the maximum rate . You can also float and freeze the TS for maximum rate

after filling the required fields click "Add"

after adding incentive / penalty chart range . Click "Incentive / Penalty Chart Slab"

Click "Add New"

if it is penalty Click "Yes" on penalty.

if it is incentive Click "Yes"

enter the starting range of fat on milk for the chart on "From Fat"

enter the ending range of fat for the chart on "To Fat"

Enter the fat rate

After filling the required fields Click "Add New"

You can view the added incentive / penalty chart details on settings ->chart -> incentive / penalty chart . You can also edit the added chart details using "edit"

after adding incentive / penalty chart you need to assign the chart to vendor (or) route (or) center . For that Click "Settings"

If you want to add the incentive / penalty to a particular center . Select the center name
