Adding new Rate Chart - Procurement

sign in with your user ID and Password

Click "Procurement"

Click "Chilling Center 1"

Click "OK"

Click "Settings"

Click "Charts"

Click "Rate chart"

Click "Add New"

Type the "rate chart name" which you want to create .

Select the "Rate Chart type"

After selecting the rate chart type , select the "Milk type"

After selecting the rate chart type , select the "Milk type"

After selecting the "Milk Type" , select the "Shift"

Select the "Start Date" for the rate chart .

After filling the required fields , Click "Add"

After clicking "Add" button on "Rate Chart Details" , You need to add range for the rate chart , For that click "Rate Chart Range".

On the rate chart range , Click "Add New"

After clicking "add new" , Enter the minimum fat range and maximum fat range .

After entering that , Enter the minimum and maximum SNF Range.

After entering that , if you want to start first slab as minimum rate click "yes" on the "First slab at minimum rate" and fill the rate for minimum rate .

You can also float and freeze minimum rate for TS . By click yes on the respective toggle switch .

If you want to end last slab as maximum rate click "yes" on the "last slab at maximum rate" and fill the rate for maximum rate .we can also float and freeze maximum rate for TS . By click yes on the respective toggle switch .

After filling all the required fields , Click "Add"

After clicking "Add" button on "Rate Chart Range" , You need to add Rate Chart Slab , For that Click "Rate Chart Slab"

Here you need add the rate chart slab details.

Enter the From limit of fat on "From Fat"

Enter the fat rate

Enter the To limit of fat on "To fat"

Enter the From limit of SNF on "From SNF"

Enter the To limit of SNF in "To SNF"

If you want to add incentive for that range of fat and SNF ,enter the rate of incentive par litre .

If you want to add penalty to the range of fat and SNF , fill the rate of penalty per litre .

Click "Add New" and your rate chart slab will be added successfully

You can view the rate chart details On settings -> chart -> rate chart

You can also edit the rate chart using "Edit"
