    Log in as a user with permission to add annotations
    Log in as a user with permission to add annotations

    Enter a search term to Identify your target record, or click "Search" to perform a (*) search and browse for the record

    Click the plus icon to add a new annotation

    Select an area to add the annotation, in this example, eye

    Click the "Description" field and enter a name for your annotation

    For this example "Nose" and "Mouth" are also added. We can now click on nose or mouth to display the area of the Image where the annotations have been applied. We can also search for these terms to return records where the annotations have been applied
