    Navigate to [https://app.hubspot.com](https://app.hubspot.com)

    Click on "Settings" icon.

    Click "Notifications"

    Click "Email" to adjust your email notifications.

    Click the "Search for notification topics" field.

    Type "mention" so that you get results for all notifications associated with mentions.

    Scroll through the page and confirm that notifications are on for everything. It is especially important that they are on for Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tasks, Replies (Internal and External), and Tickets.

    Click on the checkbox to turn on the notification type.

    Type "assign" so that you get results for all notifications associated with assignments.

    Scroll through the page and confirm that notifications are on for everything. It is especially important that they are on for Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tasks, Replies (Internal and External), and Tickets.
