    Click "Tools"
    Click point.
    Plot your points by clicking on the graph
    Scroll down the tools to find the line tool.
    Click on your two points to create your line.
    Click "Tools" to hide the menu.
    Click on the settings button.
    Click "Settings"
    Play with the Dimensions until you have achieved what the question is asking. The first section is the same as your "Window" in your calculator. The xAxis:yAxis changes the scale of the each of the axis in relation to each other. See below for some examples in change in scale and window
