    Enter your User ID and Click "Next"

    Enter your Password and Click "Sign in"

    Select the "My Team" drop down menu.

    Under "Talent" select recruitment. *Please note that menu options may differ depending on security permissions.

    Click "Create requisition"

    Click here to mimic a similar employment profile of a current employee. This may be helpful when adding additional employees for like positions. This is an optional feature.

    If using the "Set Up using an Employee" feature scroll and select the appropriate employee and click the blue Select button. Using this feature will populate several of the remaining fields.

    Click here to choose the appropriate Job Title. If this is a brand new job title for Atlas, please ensure that you have provide the Job Title and Job Description to HR prior to beginning this process. HR will need to add the information to the system so that it will be available in the menu.

    Select the appropriate Job Title.

    Next you will need to select the "Worker Category."

    Click "Full Time (F)." This will always be the option you should select. If you have a different situation, please contact HR.

    Next you will need to input the "Target Requisition Close Date."

    Our standard timeline is 90 days from the requisition date.

    If this position is replacing an employee, please select the employee name from the drop down menu.

    If this is a new position, please increase the "New Position" to the appropriate number of new positions. Verify the total number of positions before proceeding.

    You will now need to select the appropriate "Business Unit" for this position. This is critical for the requisition approval process and ongoing reporting.

    Next you will need to select the "Home Department" for the requisition. If you are unsure, please contact HR for assistance before proceeding.

    Please select the location of the job position.

    Click "Display Location description on the Career Center" to include the location on the career center. This is highly recommended.
