Advisor’s Guide to Accessing a Justwealth Client’s Personal Information

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for Advisors to access client personal information and investment questionnaire details on the Justwealth platform.

Navigate to [https://www.justwealth.com/](https://www.justwealth.com/)

Click "Advisor Portal"

Enter your email address and password, and click "Log In"

You will be presented with a list of your clients, along with a total count and total AUM across your accounts. You can look up a specific client via the Search tool.

Once you've found the client, you can select them by clicking on their name. This will show you their Personal Information.

Selecting a client will show you their personal information.

Click "Investment Questionnaire" to see the client's answers to their investment questionnaire
