Advisor’s Guide to Submitting a Fee Rider for a Client

Navigate to [https://www.justwealth.com/](https://www.justwealth.com/)
Click "Advisor Portal"
Enter your email address and password, and click "Log In"
You will be presented with a list of your clients, along with a total count and total AUM across your accounts. You can look up a specific client via the Search tool. Once you've found the desired client, you can click on the Client Request check mark within their listing.
You will be presented with a Choose Request drop down menu. Click on the menu to see the available options.
Scroll down the drop down menu options until you see Client Fee Rider, and click that step.
You will be presented with some preset fee percentages, as well as with an 'Other' selection to set your own custom percentage. Choose the desired percentage, and hit submit.
If you selected "Other" click the box under "Other referral fee\*" and input a number between 0.00 and 1.00.
Once all data is entered, hit Submit to process the request.

IMPORTANT CLIENT REQUIRED STEP

Within 1- 2 business days, your client will receive an email from the Justwealth Support Team with a Client Fee Rider document to e-sign. Once your client has received and e-signed the document, you will also receive a copy to e-sign. Note, only then will the new fee take effect.
