    Agent Chat via App (Android)

        Reviewing/Replying to New or Past Chats

        Navigate to the chat icon on your SKRE app homescreen.

        From here, you can view current conversations about listings. Tap the one you would like to review.

        You will see the conversation here. Tap the back arrow to go back to your chat inbox.

        Starting a Chat as Showing Agent

        To start a new chat, tap the plus icon.

        Tap here.

        Search for the listing agent or address and select the property you would like to communicate about.

        Tap the message box to start typing your message.

        Once you complete your message, hit the send icon.

        To go back to your inbox, you can tap the chat icon again.

        Now you will see the most recent message here.

        Starting a Chat as Listing Agent

        Tap your chat icon.

        Now hit the plus symbol.

        Searching for one of your listings.

        Select your listing.

        Search for the showing agent. The agent does not have to have a pending or confirmed showing, you can search for anyone in our system.

        Search for the agent and select them.

        Now use the message box to type out our message.
