Reviewing/Replying to New or Past Chats

Our showing service offers the ability to chat in-app with agents. To start, tap the chat icon.

Now select the listing you would like to communicate about. We will go over how to start a new chat momentarily.

You can see the conversation about the listing here. To reply, use the message box to type your message and hit the send button.

Tap the back button to go back into your chats.
Starting a New Chat as Showing Agent

Tap the chat icon

Now let's start a new one - start by tapping the + icon.

Use the search box to search for the agent's name, address, or MLS #.

Select the agent and their listing here.

Now chat away by typing in the message box.

Once your message is complete, tap the send button.

Now your chat has started!

Tap the back button to go back into your chats.

You will now see that you now have two conversations in your chat inbox.

Now search for a showing agent. They do not have to have a pending or confirmed appointment, you can chat with anyone in the system.
