**Year over production** comes directly from the reports provided by the carriers you are contracted with.

You can see here we show you month to month breakdowns reflecting your production. It also shows data on your previous year so you can compare.

You can also move your cursor over any of these bars to see the total number of enrollments or a breakdown of which type of plans your clients are enrolling.

**Prospect Activity** - gives you a snapshot on where your prospects are in their enrollment process

**Connect** - those are going to be folks with whom you haven't made direct contact with yet.

Once you have made contact with contacts, their status will change to **Needs Analysis.** While you've made contact with them, you still need more information like prescriptions, providers, ect.

**Pending Eligibility -** the status for Prospects that aren't quite ready to enroll yet. Maybe they're a T65 Prospect, or they are waiting on a Special Enrollment Period. Whatever the reason you can mark them with this status so you know to come back to them when the time is right.

**Enrolled - Prospects that are enrolled in a new plan, but their effective date hasn't happened.**

You can click on any of these boxes and see a list of your prospects for each of these status as well.

**Click Total Contacts -** View all the contacts in your platform.

**Click Active Clients -** View a list of your active clients in the platform.

**Click Current Prospects -** View a list of Current prospects in your platform.

With the **Report** set on **Active Clients,** you can view a list of your active clients in the platform. By clicking the dropdown, you'll see a list of additional filtering options.

**Events - A list of upcoming events in your platform.**

You'll have Reminders and birthdays. By clicking them, you'll be brought to a list of upcoming events.

If you click on the "prospects turning 65" it will make a list of all the prospect you have on the platform who are turning 65 in the next 180 days.
