Click inside of the "Start Typing Listing Address .." field box.

If information is available for the address on the web from a Google Search, options will appear below the text box for you to choose from.

Tip!  You can manually enter the listing detail if the address cannot be found via Google.

Verify information accuracy as this database pulls from public records.  In the event you need to make changes or updates, you can select from the dropdown menus. For example: to update the house style or type, Click "Select Property Style" and choose an option from the dropdown list.

Click the "List Price" field to edit the listing price.

Click "Save" when all required and desired fields have been updated.

Once the listing has been saved, if Marketing Opportunities are available, the Agent can make those selections when a Prospective or Draft Listing is created.
