    Agent Roster Management

        AGENT ROSTER To get started, navigate to the Agent Roster by hovering on "Agents," and selecting "Active."
        Click "New Agent"
        ADD AGENT INFORMATION Begin by filling out information about the Agent, and keep in mind that fields marked in RED are required in order to save the Agent's profile.
        CLICK SAVE Upon completion, click "Save."

        MANAGE AGENT PROFILE

        You can easily make any necessary changes/edits to the Agent's profile, including information such as their bio and headshot.
        ADDITIONAL AGENT PROFILE MANAGEMENT Notice that there are now options to edit an Agent's profile even further by adding Commission Schedules, Agent tasks, and even Agent Documents. Each of these topics will be discussed in other training lessons.

        TERMINATING AN AGENT

        To terminate an Agent and remove them from your Active Roster, click the "Terminate" button located at the top right of the window.
        COMPLETE TERMINATION Make sure you are ready to terminate the Agent from the system, and click "OK."
        TERMINATION CONFIRMATION Click "OK".
        TERMINATED AGENT ROSTER To view the list of terminated agents, click "Terminated" on the Agents menu located on the main navigation bar.
        TERMINATED AGENT ROSTER Agents that have been terminated will display on the "Terminated" Agent Roster.

        REACTIVATING A TERMINATED AGENT

        If an agent has been terminated, but then later returns, they can be reactivated from the Terminated roster. Just click the edit button in the Action column on the row that corresponds with their name.
        Click "Reactivate" to reactive the agent.
